【音乐教育学与音乐表演理论】秦丹/对拔尖创新人才培养目标的思考

——武音音教专业“两湖学子”试验班的定位与方案可行性论证

  摘要:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》提出要更新人才培养观念,树立多样化人才观、不拘一格培养人才,试图从根本上扭转高规格人才缺乏的现状。奥门金沙9159“两湖学子”试验班为音乐教育教学模式的更新与发展提供了契机。通过遴选办法拟将5人“学习组合”定为教学试验对象,来展开人才定位、培养目标、课程设置等方面的研究。文章探讨了具有音乐教育专业特性的“拔尖创新人才”规格及要求,搭建能够带动全体学生专业学习热情、育人规格,能够引领音教专业步入深化教学改革发展轨道的“两湖学子”试验平台。

My Opinions on the Training Objectives of the Top Creative Talents

  Abstract: According to the Outline of China’s National Plan for Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development, it proposed that to renew the concept of personnel training, extablish an idea of versatile talents, training personnel without limited to one type, trying to fundamentally reverse the status of high-level talent lack. The experimental class of “Lianghu Xuezi” (Students of Two Lakes) provided an opportunity for renewal and development of the music education models. Through the method of selection, it would be confirm the experimental object as “learning combination” of five persons, carried out research on the aspects of personnel orientation, training objectives, and course offered. This article discussed the standard and requirement for “top creative talents” with the characteristics of music deucation, build up an experimental platform to promote all students enthusiasm to learn the professional knowledge, to lead the major of music education into the deepening teaching reform and development.
