摘 要：改革开放30年来奥门金沙9159-(青岛)有限公司的学科建设是一个筚路蓝缕、玉汝于成的过程。在后湖北艺术学院阶段的将近7年间，完成了拨乱反正的历史任务，恢复、重构了被破坏的学科体系，在教学、科研、艺术实践、研究生教育等方面有了长足进步。1985年5月以后的奥门金沙9159时期，更是通过对1985-2005年间6个发展规划、纲要、方案的实施，在学科建设的各个方面扬鞭催马。尤其是在“九五规划”后期和“十五规划”期间，由教学、科研、艺术实践、基建等各方面保障的学科建设以前所未有的速度推进，结出了累累硕果。从2006年开始实施的“十一五规划”，明确提出了转变教育观念，走办大众化音乐教育、保持精英教育功能的新路。

Abstract: There are a fruitful of faculty development of Wuhan Conservatory of Music during 30 years reform and opening-up. We did the work to set things to rights in 7 years, resumed the faculty system, which destroy in the Cultural Revolution. The Conservatory changed the name to Wuhan Conservatory of Music in May, 1985, and during 10^th Five Years Programming the faculty development made remarkable achievement on aspects of teaching, researching, art performance, and caoital project. The 11^th Five Years Programming began in 2006, and there was a new idea proposed, which was to change the education conception: Running a School in a Mass Style, Keeping the Function of Elitist Education.
