　　Abstract: The top forum of Reform and Opening with Contemporary Musicology in China was held in Nanjing Arts Institute from 8 to 11, December, 2008, the experts and scholars made rational thoughts on the contemporary musicology in China with achievement obtained, issue existed during 30 years of Reform and Opening, as well as development in the future.
